WildV.com accepts orders online 24 hrs a day by simply adding items to your shopping cart. We accept both VISA & MASTERCARD and your credit card transaction is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit, and will not be shared with any other service or source.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all order $199.99 and above that are shipping to the US or Canada.

Backorders

We hold a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In the unfortunate event that we are sold out of an item, we will notify you immediately. Your available items are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and any out of stock items will be refunded at the time of shipment unless you request an exchange for a different product. For your convenience, we do not keep items on backorder so that you may use your refund per your own discretion.

Shipping Method

We use UPS delivery services to ship your packages. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite delivery.

Address Correction Charges & Undeliverable/Returned Packages

Please ensure your address is complete and properly submitted when placing an order with Allure Lingerie. If your delivery address has a suite #, apt. #, floor # or any other additional information that will help with the delivery process please make sure to include this when submitting your order.

If additional information is required in order to deliver your package, and that information was not provided on your original order, or if the delivery address is changed in order to make the delivery there will be a charge to you of $11 which will be processed /charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.

If your package is refused or returned due to being undeliverable for any reason, there will be a return freight charge to you (which will be the same cost as the original freight charge on your original order) plus a $5 restocking fee. These fees will be processed / charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.

Residential packages are left at the recipient’s door as no signature is required for residential deliveries. WildV.com is not responsible for any lost packages after the delivery has been made.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to exchange or return and item please complete the exchange/return form located at below and return it with the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns & exchanges must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for an exchanged to be honored. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on Thongs, G-strings, Teddies & Pasties due to health regulations. These items are final sale
Clearance items are NON-Returnable and are final sale
Shipping charges are not refundable
Size exchanges are accepted within 20 days of receipt of the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only.
On all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for all return charges and will be charged the associated fees to ship out any replacements. This also includes undeliverable or refused packages on original orders or exchanges and returns.
The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging with no signs of wear, and include all accessories & pieces with the original tags in place. The items must be returned in the original box the order was received in.

We offer our Customer's a 14-day money-back refund on Allure Lingerie items (excluding opened or used Products, Thongs, Teddies G-strings & Pasties). The item needs to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for this 14-day money back to be honored
Manufacture defect: Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. Any defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order
